TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Arrival
Meet us at our blue canopy on the beach located directly in front of 707 Pacific Beach Dr., San Diego, CA 92109.
Our surf school operates on the sand in front of the hotel under the blue canopy. Please do not go to the hotel.
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled surf lesson, as instructors may still be finishing previous lessons.
Participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals or missed reservations.
2. Cancellation Policy
Surf lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
Reservations made within 48 hours of the lesson are non-refundable.
Group lessons with 10 or more participants must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the lesson start time in order to receive a full refund.
Surf camps must be cancelled at least 5 days (120 hours) prior to the start of camp. Approved refunds will be issued minus a $100 non-refundable deposit per reservation.
3. Rescheduling
Surf lessons may be rescheduled within 48 hours of the lesson for a $35 rescheduling fee per participant. Requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
Camp reschedule requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the start of camp. No refunds or reschedules are permitted within 72 hours of camp.
4. Refund Policy
Once the lesson begins, no refunds will be issued unless the lesson is cancelled by lifeguards or instructors due to unsafe conditions.
Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, missed reservations, or reservation changes within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson.
5. Lesson Packages
Lesson packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Packages cannot be transferred to other services and cannot be split between multiple students.
6. Surf Camp
Missed camp days cannot be made up and no refunds or credits will be issued. Parents must notify Pacific Surf School of any allergies or medical conditions prior to camp.
7. Camp Pick-Up
Campers must be picked up promptly at the canopy and checked out by a parent or guardian.
A 5 minute grace period is provided. After 5 minutes, a $5 fee will be charged for every 10 minutes your child remains in our care.
8. Photography
Photography purchases are non-refundable once booked, as the photographer reserves that time specifically for your session.
9. Weather
If unsafe weather or ocean conditions occur, Pacific Surf School may reschedule or refund lessons or camps at its discretion.
By completing your reservation, you agree to Pacific Surf School’s terms and policies.
